I am Lisa Hales, a Cowichan Valley REALTOR® helping people buy and sell homes across this beautiful region I have called home since 1973.
My approach is simple. No pressure. No fluff. Just honest guidance, clear communication, and the kind of attention to detail that comes from working in real estate since 2008 and from my background in legal work.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as a Real Estate Paralegal and Legal Assistant. That experience gave me a strong understanding of contracts, negotiations, and the importance of protecting a client’s interests throughout the process. It also means I am meticulous when it comes to paperwork and timelines, so nothing important gets missed.
I am not here to push anyone into a decision. My role is to work alongside you. Whether you are buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, or navigating a major life transition, I take the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and guide you at a pace that feels comfortable.
